“Surpassing yourself and looking to the future” that quote struck me as quite inspirational! Human capacity is limited, but human beings are an intelligent species with the ability to constantly improve themselves, to break through, to progress, to surpass through learning. In my personal experience, I have joined the company for more than three years, and in these three years, I have improved a lot, whether it is the professional knowledge and skills at work, or the methods and reasoning for dealing with people. It is this idea of continuous progress that Wenyu teaches me, with an eye on the future and a focus on the present. To surpass that original me in all aspects through my own continuous learning and progress. In this constant transcendence, I constantly improves and refines myself. In fact, Wenyu has given us more than just that salary. The ideas and concepts that Wenyu has taught us are more useful and valuable than that salary, and from this point of view, every one of us should be grateful to Wenyu.
I was most touched by the guest's words: It's not easy for Wenyu to have so many old employees, and there are so many who have been working for more than ten years, or even eighteen years, who have made Wenyu their home. You could even say that some people's children were raised by Wenyu. Hearing this reminds me that when I first joined the company in 1998, Wenyu was just a small melting and casting factory, but in a flash, it has developed into a magnificent garden factory today. Over the past 10 years, Wenyu has gone through many storms, sorrows and hardships to get to where it is today. In the face of tremendous pressure, the General Manager always leads the excellent team of Wenyu people to overcome many difficulties. He had a deep love for the Wenyu people, especially for me. I am not highly educated, but the General Manager never minded. He trained me and gave me a platform to develop at Wenyu. I would like to say "Thank you, General Manager, and thank you, Wenyu" for giving me a happy and fulfilling home and for training me to be a useful person.
